ARRESTS — A 39-year-old man was arrested at 11:23 p.m. Aug. 3 for fourth-degree driving whereas intoxicated throughout a visitors cease on School Street at Dogwood Drive.

A 48-year-old man was arrested at 8:55 p.m. Aug. 2 for possessing poisonous substances on the 14000 block of Edgewood Drive.

A 30-year-old man was arrested at 8:44 a.m. Aug. 2 on drug prices on the 14000 block of Dellwood Drive.

A 39-year-old man was arrested at 8:10 p.m. July 31 for DWI-controlled substance and drug possession throughout a visitors cease on Freeway 371 at Clearwater Street.



A 36-year-old man was arrested at 6:48 p.m. July 31 for disorderly conduct after a report of an individual yelling on the complainant on the 13000 block of Baxter Drive.

A 50-year-old man was arrested at 2 a.m. July 31 for DWI following a driving grievance on Freeway 371 at Gull Lake Dam Street, Brainerd.

DISTURBANCES — Report at 3:44 p.m. Aug. 3 of a home disturbance involving a sister-in-law on the 14000 block of Edgewood Drive.

Report Aug. 3 that the complainant was upset that Crow Wing Energy staff took down his chain and used his driveway to show round on the 10000 block of Timber Ridge Drive. Officer defused the scenario and suggested the workers to get permission subsequent time.

Report at 11:39 a.m. Aug. 3 of a verbal home dispute on the 13000 block of Cypress Drive. Officers spoke with individuals who have been working issues out.

OTHER — Report Aug. 3 of caller stating a recognized suspect put immediate potatoes in her gasoline tank inflicting it to be clogged on the 5600 block of Fairview Street.

FLEEING — Report at 12:21 a.m. Aug. 1 of a car pursuit on South Fourth Road to School Drive, Brainerd. The pursuit was discontinued after dropping sight of the car.

ARRESTS — A 22-year-old man was arrested at 12:54 a.m. Friday for third-degree DWI throughout a visitors cease on Northwest Fourth and Jackson streets.

A 53-year-old girl was arrested at 8:56 p.m. Wednesday for a probation violation following a home disturbance on Northeast Washington Road.

A 33-year-old man was arrested at 10:48 a.m.Wednesday for a Division of Corrections warrant following a home disturbance on the 200 block of Southwest Seventh Road.

A 21-year-old man was arrested at 11:05 p.m. Aug. 3 for fourth-degree DWI throughout a visitors cease on the 1500 block of Northern Pacific Street. Three others, who have been below age 21, have been cited for consuming alcohol.

A 44-year-old man was arrested at 11:05 a.m. Aug. 3 for fourth-degree DWI and driving after revocation following a report of a suspicious car on the five hundred block of South Eighth Road.

DISTURBANCES — Report at 11:43 a.m. Aug. 2 of a home disturbance on the five hundred block of Third Road North. A juvenile was arrested for obstructing the authorized course of, property injury and disorderly conduct.

SUSPICIOUS — Report at 3:23 a.m. Wednesday of suspicious automobiles on the path parking zone on Beaver Dam Street and Dal Mar Drive. The occupants of the automobiles have been suggested of park hours.

DISTURBANCES — Report at 8:45 p.m. Tuesday of the complainant having relationship issues along with his spouse on First Road Northeast. Police made contact and realized there was an argument, however issues calmed down.

Report at 6:09 p.m. Tuesday of a home dispute within the space of Second Road Southeast. Officers made contact with two males at completely different areas they usually didn’t hear any preventing happening.

Report at 1:50 a.m. Aug. 2 of a home dispute on the 200 block of Eighth Road Northwest. Upon arrival, nobody would come to the door and realized from the 911 dispatcher that the complainant had retrieved her canine and hung up on the dispatcher.

Report at 1:17 a.m. Aug. 2 of a verbal dispute with roommates on the 700 block of Ninth Road Northeast. The roommates agreed to separate for the evening.

Report at 12:16 a.m. July 31 of a verbal home dispute on the 200 block of sixteenth Road. The feminine left in a car and the male was upset she left.

ASSAULT — Report at 1:38 a.m. Tuesday of an assault on First Avenue coming from an individual in Shafer. Police tried to contact the alleged sufferer, however no reply.

SUSPICIOUS — Report at 8:56 p.m. Tuesday of a feminine making unusual feedback to an worker at a neighborhood bar on Broadway East. Officers made contact and decided there was nothing legal in nature in regards to the feedback.

Report at 5:24 a.m. Aug. 2 of suspicious exercise close to Maple Island Park.

Report at 3:24 a.m. Aug. 2 of a suspicious car on the 18000 block of Riverwood Drive, Officers made contact and realized there was a verbal argument and the male who was concerned left the realm.

THEFT — Report Aug. 2 of a theft of a pockets at Ace {Hardware}, 1800 First Ave. NE.

Report July 29 of a theft of an utility terrain car taken from a yard on the 800 block of First Avenue Northeast.

ARRESTS — A 41-year-old man and a 35-year-old man have been arrested at 1:47 a.m. Aug. 1 following a combat on the 100 block of First Road Southeast.

A 44-year-old man was arrested at 5:06 p.m. July 29 following a home dispute on the 1000 block Fourth Avenue Northeast.

A 29-year-old man was arrested at 12:03 a.m. July 29 following a report of a home assault on the 400 block of Second Road Northeast.

A 38-year-old man was arrested at 11:41 p.m. July 28 following a report of a home assault on the five hundred block of Sixth Road Southwest.
