A Kansas Metropolis man was arrested in Livingston County by the Missouri State Freeway Patrol. 34-year-old Brandon Barklage of Kansas Metropolis was arrested at 1:54 this morning on a misdemeanor DWI, Careless and imprudent driving involving an accident and no seatbelt. He was launched. A report on an accident was not made obtainable.
