Saturday night time the Stanton County Sheriff’s Workplace stopped a car on U.S. Hwy 275 east of Norfolk. Police say this after receiving complaints from Cuming County authorities that the driving force was seemingly intoxicated with youngsters within the car.
The driving force was Catina Hins, 33, of Norfolk. She was discovered to be intoxicated with two youngsters beneath the age of 12 within the car.
