A Morganton man has been charged after officers mentioned a girl was assaulted shortly after the person was launched from jail on a driving whereas impaired cost.
Johnithyn Thomas Bristol, 27, of Morganton, was charged with felony kidnapping, assault by strangulation, assault on a feminine, harm to non-public property and a home violence safety order violation, a launch from the Morganton Division of Public Security says.
