On August 17th, 2021, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Ethan Fardink, 31, of Mayville, for Felony Driving Whereas Intoxicated.
The Troopers responded to a residence in Ashville for a welfare examine. Investigation revealed that Fardink was not current and had pushed from the residence in an intoxicated situation towards the Village of Lakewood. Fardink was positioned at Walmart and positioned below arrest after failing a number of SFSTs. Fardink was transported to SP Jamestown the place he supplied a breath pattern of .14. As Fardink’s driving report revealed a DWI conviction inside the previous 10 years, the cost was upgraded to a felony. Fardink was then processed, issued tickets and launched. Fardink is scheduled to seem within the village of Lakewood Courtroom subsequent month.
