The Wayne County Sheriff’s Workplace stories the arrest of a Newark man following a two-car crash on Rt. 104 within the city of Sodus.
James Prebola, 31, of Newark was charged with driving whereas intoxicated after deputies had been dispatched to the crash the place it was discovered he was westbound, and crossed over into the eastbound lane- hitting one other car head-on.
Fortunately no accidents had been reported within the crash. Nevertheless, deputies stated Prebola was discovered to have a BAC over 0.18%.
He was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, and failure to remain proper.
