The Ontario County Sheriff’s Workplace studies the arrest of a Farmington teen on DWI fees following a single-vehicle crash on Bowerman Highway within the space of Barberry Lane.
It occurred round 4:41 a.m. on Saturday, in response to deputies, who investigated the crash.
Tyson Dailey, 19, of Farmington is alleged to have pushed off the street, hanging a number of mailboxes, then hanging a utility pole- splitting it in half.
In response to deputies, it was found that Dailey was intoxicated on the time of the crash. He was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, shifting from lane unsafely, in addition to a cost associated to possessing a cast driver’s license.
