Bryan police say they had been referred to as to a house Saturday night time within the 900 block of Muckleroy Road for a disturbance involving a weapon.

The complainant, on this case, stated he was threatened by Nathaniel Phillips, 66, throughout a verbal altercation the 2 had been having. The person claimed Phillips tried to chop him with a knife, then left and stated he was going to return with a gun.
