AMBOY — A person fractured his cranium when he crashed an ATV whereas drunk, costs say.
Ross Douglas Schutt, 35, of Vernon Heart, was charged with gross misdemeanor DWI Tuesday in Blue Earth County District Court docket.
Schutt flipped over an ATV close to Freeway 169 and Freeway 30 in Amboy round 12:30 a.m. April 4, in keeping with a courtroom grievance.
Schutt claimed another person had been driving the ATV, however a witness stated Schutt was driving.
Schutt had a fractured cranium and was taken by ambulance to a hospital.
