SCOTTSBLUFF – The Scottsbluff Police Division participated within the Driver Sober or Get Pulled Over Site visitors Enforcement Wave from Dec. 17 to Jan. 1. Scottsbluff Police Division Officers labored a complete of 205.5 hours of additional time funded by a grant from the Nebraska Workplace of Freeway Security.
This enforcement effort resulted within the following arrests or citations; Driving Below the Affect, 5; No Registration, 42; Seat belt violation, 14; Driving Below Suspension, 13; No Operators License, 9; Rushing, 4; Minor in Possession of Alcohol, 4; Open Container, 3; Possession of Marijuana, 3; Site visitors Mild Violation, 2; Failure to Yield, 2; Cease Signal Violation, 1; Following too Shut, 1; Railroad Crossing Arm Violation, 1; Stolen Automobile Possession Arrest, 1; Leaving Accident Scene, 1; Improper Flip, 1; Fictitious Plates, 1; Refusal of PBT, 1l Possession of Methamphetamine, 1; Window Tint Violation, 1; Reckless Driving, 1.
Scottsbluff Cops issued 224 warnings in the course of the grant. Officers investigated 20 non-injury accidents and three damage accidents in the course of the grant.
Though this grant is over, the Scottsbluff Police Division will proceed to actively implement visitors legal guidelines in Scottsbluff and Terrytown.
