Three months after a McHenry County crash that killed an Elmhurst lady, a Wisconsin resident has been charged with driving beneath the affect of marijuana and prescribed drugs, court docket data present.
Alyssa Popp, 31, of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, was charged Thursday with aggravated driving beneath the affect of medication the place a loss of life resulted, in addition to driving beneath the affect of medication and improper lane use.
