SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On the above date and time, Troopers have been notified of a car that was unable to take care of its lane whereas travelling on Route 114 towards Lyndonville. The car pulled over on Water Street and Troopers arrived on scene. Whereas on scene, Clifford was recognized because the operator of the car in query and he or she displayed a number of indicators of impairment. After additional investigation, it was realized that Clifford additionally had Situations of Launch that she was in violation of. She was taken into custody and processed on the St. Johnsbury Barracks.
She was launched with a quotation to look at courtroom at a later date and time.
