Tommy Harris, 57, of Lebanon, Missouri, on an indictment warrant from Lyon Circuit Courtroom charged with rushing 26 mph or over, fleeing/evading police, first diploma (motorcar), fleeing/evading police, second diploma (on foot), DUI, first offense with aggravating circumstance, legal mischief, first diploma, no headlamps, reckless driving, wanton endangerment, first diploma (six counts), resisting arrest, and improper registration plates.
Michael W.
