Jorge Rosario, 47, of the 200 block of Freeman Avenue in Genoa, Wis., was charged with retail theft Dec. 9. He was arrested on the Cicero Police Station and charged on an unique warrant for an incident within the 2300 block of Capital Drive July 7. He was held for a bond listening to in Cook dinner County Courtroom in Skokie.
