SHENANDOAH — A Frackville lady charged with writing unhealthy checks at a Shenandoah enterprise between Oct. 8 and 26 had costs towards her held for court docket throughout a preliminary listening to Thursday.
Theresa R. Verderosa, 46, of 429 W. Pine St., was arrested by Shenandoah police Patrolman Leo Luciani Jr. and charged with two misdemeanor counts every of theft by deception, forgery and unhealthy checks.
Magisterial District Choose Anthony J. Kilker decided the commonwealth introduced sufficient proof to substantiate the fees and ordered all six offenses held for Schuylkill County Courtroom, the place Verderosa can plead responsible or enter a not responsible plea and request a trial.

Danyel Miller, 20, of 32 N. White St., Field 34, Shenandoah; withdrawn: theft, receiving stolen property, theft from a motorized vehicle, possession of marjuana, corruption of minors, possession of a managed substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
