A 44-year-old Modesto man was arrested for driving whereas intoxicated after he struck a parked automobile within the 1500 block of Caswell Avenue.
The hit-and-run crash was reported at 12:25 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 21.
Preliminary experiences indicated that the motive force of a crimson Toyota sedan struck a parked automobile, and walked away from the crash.
Sgt. Vince Hooper stopped Raymond Antonio Rael – later recognized as the motive force who left the scene – strolling within the space of Moffett Highway and Plumeria Court docket.
