Lewis County Circuit Courtroom Choose Jacob Reger presided over a number of arraignments Friday, July 23.

In an indictment that was unsealed July 23, Patrick Steven Carr had his trial scheduled for October 21. He was indicted on one depend of possession of a managed substance with intent to ship, heroin, a felony; and one depend of possession of a managed substance, clonazepam, a misdemeanor.

Different arraignments included:

  • Luke Allen Wilson, 43, Walkersville, had his trial scheduled for October 26 and was ordered to don’t have any contact with the alleged victims. He was indicted on housebreaking; petit larceny, a misdemeanor; destruction of property, a misdemeanor; entry of constructing aside from dwelling; petit larceny, a misdemeanor; petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

  • Timothy Brian Robinson, 43, Horner, had his trial scheduled for October 27. He was indicted on possession with intent to ship methamphetamine.
  • Zachary Michael Mealey, 28, Weston, had his trial scheduled for October 15 and was ordered to don’t have any contact with the alleged victims. Bond supervision is thru Lewis County Probation, and profitable completion of therapy is a situation of bond.   • Azzlea Anne Beeson, 30, Weston, had her trial scheduled for October 27. Profitable completion of therapy is a situation of her bond, which is supervised by Lewis County Probation. She was indicted on possession with intent to ship fentanyl; possession with intent to ship meth; possession with intent to ship marijuana; possession with intent to ship clonazepam.

He was ordered to don’t have any contact with the alleged victims or co-conspirators, and bond supervision is thru Lewis County Probation. He was indicted on housebreaking; conspiracy to commit housebreaking; grand larceny; conspiracy to commit grand larceny; housebreaking; conspiracy to commit housebreaking; petit larceny a misdemeanor; destruction of property, a misdemeanor.
  • Chae Donivan Moneypenny, 28, Weston, had his trial scheduled for October 21. He was indicted on a depend of malicious assault.
  • Brian Todd Barnett, 40, Weston, had his trial scheduled for October 28 and was ordered to not function a automobile. He was indicted on driving whereas license revoked for DUI, third offense.

Dusten Slade Chipps, 27, Weston, was picked up on a capias and had his trial scheduled for October 21. In March, he was indicted by a Lewis County Grand Jury on one depend of escape, one depend of destruction of property and one depend of obstructing an officer.
