>CLARION, CO., Pa. (EYT) – A Parker man caught in a stolen car in Beaver Township pleaded responsible on Wednesday to at least one depend of DUI.
In Clarion County Courtroom of Frequent Pleas on Wednesday, October 6, 29-year-old Mitchell David Lowers entered a responsible plea to a primary offense misdemeanor of DUI: Basic Impairment.
Because of the plea settlement, the next fees have been dropped:
– Theft By Illegal Taking-Movable Property, Felony 3
– Unauthorized Use Motor/Different Automobiles, Misdemeanor 2
– No Headlights, Abstract
– Fail to make use of security belt – driver and entrance seat occupant, Abstract
Sentencing for the case is scheduled for November 17 with President Decide Sara J. Seidle-Patton presiding.
Lowers stays free on $10,000 financial bail.
The fees stem from a report of a theft in late April.

In response to a prison grievance, Clarion-based State Police have been dispatched to Bashline Street in Beaver Township, Clarion County, round 12:14 a.m. on Sunday, April 25, for a report of theft of a car.
