BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Police at a DUI checkpoint Wednesday arrested one individual on suspicion of driving beneath the affect, two on felony arrest warrants and one other for failing to register as a intercourse offender, in line with a Bakersfield Police Division launch.
The checkpoint was held from 6 p.m. to 11:45 p.m. on Ming Avenue south of Cal State Bakersfield. Police stated a complete of 1,272 autos have been screened.
Seven motorists have been cited for driving with a suspended license and 14 autos impounded, police stated.
Anybody who sees a suspected drunken driver is requested to name 911.
