FREMONT — Fremont police will improve site visitors patrols within the coming weeks after the division was awarded a $97,000 grant to assist with street security.
The funding, which was supplied by the California Workplace of Site visitors Security, will probably be used to extend site visitors security packages — together with driving underneath the affect checkpoints — and for different enforcement operations centered on lowering harmful driving behaviors.
