MARTINSBURG — Starting at 6 p.m. Wednesday, members of the West Virginia State Police will probably be conducting a sobriety checkpoint alongside U.S. 11, close to the intersection of Evans Run Drive, close to Martinsburg.
The secondary location will probably be situated off U.S. 11 close to the intersection of Musselman Drive, close to Inwood.
The first objective of the checkpoint is to coach the motoring public concerning the results of driving impaired both by alcohol, medication or each. Through the checkpoint, drivers will probably be checked for another site visitors infractions, as nicely. This mission is funded by the Fee on Drunk Driving Prevention.
