On Wednesday, starting at 6 p.m., members of the West Virginia State Police can be conducting a sobriety checkpoint alongside U.S. Route 11, close to the intersection of Evans Run Drive, close to Martinsburg.
The secondary location can be positioned off of U.S. Route 11, close to the intersection of Mussleman Drive, close to Inwood.
The first objective of the checkpoint is to coach the motoring public concerning the results of driving impaired both by alcohol, medication or each. Throughout the checkpoint, drivers can be checked for another visitors infractions, as nicely. This challenge is funded via the Fee on Drunk Driving Prevention.
