BEVERLY HILLS, CA — A DUI checkpoint is deliberate subsequent week at an undisclosed location in Beverly Hills, with police looking out for alcohol- and drug-impaired motorists, together with screening for unlicensed drivers.
The operation will run in a single day from Friday, Aug. 6 at 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 7, the Beverly Hills Police Division stated.
The company reminded the general public that “DUI Would not Simply Imply Booze.”
“When you take pharmaceuticals, notably these with a driving or working equipment warning on the label, you may be impaired sufficient to get a DUI,” the division stated. “Marijuana will also be impairing, particularly together with alcohol or different medication, and can lead to a DUI.”
