Miya Ponsetto, the 22-year-old lady, often known as “SoHo Karen,” has been in a social media firestorm for weeks after she was seen on video accusing jazz Trumpeter Keyon Harrold’s son of stealing her telephone. Now one other video has surfaced of her combating with police in October.
Based on footage from TMZ, the Oct. 3 video is of a DUI bust in Ventura, California. She is at a Chevron gasoline station along with her mother, Nicole Ponsetto, and is seen arguing with the police. When an officer makes an attempt to place her in handcuffs, she resists, and the cop wrestles her to the bottom.
She screams, “I’m not even touching you! You’re asking for actually a lawsuit! I didn’t do something to you!”
Ponsetto will also be heard saying, “I simply assume you guys are like a joke. There are gang members which might be killing folks proper now, and also you’re arresting a woman?”
TMZ stories her blood-alcohol stage was allegedly twice the authorized restrict. She was charged with DUI, resisting arrest,and obstructing/delaying a peace officer or EMT. Per week later, she was placed on probation.
