Alberto Vazquez, 28, and his 26-year-old feminine passenger have been driving southbound on Bradshaw Highway heading again to Stockton after an evening on the drive-in theater and alcohol consumption, and bought into an argument shortly earlier than 11:30 p.m. Friday close to Carmencita Avenue, the CHP stated.
Vazquez pulled the automobile over and the lady bought out and started working whereas making an attempt to cross the roadway.
