LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A 41-year-old Lexington man is charged with DUI after the automobile he was driving struck a toddler Sunday evening.
In response to arrest citations, Rico Miller, of 3720 Camelot Apt. 4, registered .253 — greater than 3 times the authorized restrict of .08 — on a breath alcohol check after the 2007 Chrysler 300 he was driving clipped a 6-year-old lady outdoors of a Chiles Avenue residence at about 10:15 p.m. Sunday.
Luckily the lady was not significantly injured.
In response to the arrest quotation, Miller admitted to being intoxicated and confirmed indicators of impairment on subject sobriety assessments.
