TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A 51-year-old Florida man advised authorities he was “excessive and blissful” after he was stopped for recklessly driving Wednesday morning, in line with the Monroe County Sheriff’s Workplace.
Deputies mentioned Theodore John Evans, 51, of Jupiter, was stopped Wednesday after a number of callers reported a Toyota RAV4 operating purple lights, passing in no-passing zones and never staying inside the lanes.
Deputies mentioned Evans’ eyes have been bloodshot and watery, and a launch mentioned Evans, “behaved erratically, talking rapidly and nonsensically about how excessive and blissful he was because of his use of a vape pen.”
Marijuana candies, a glass pipe and a vape pen have been discovered within the Toyota. Evans was taken to jail the place his bond was set at $2,500.
