TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A 51-year-old Florida man informed authorities he was “excessive and joyful” after he was stopped for recklessly driving Wednesday morning, in response to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Workplace.
Deputies mentioned Theodore John Evans, 51, of Jupiter, was stopped Wednesday after a number of callers reported a Toyota RAV4 working purple lights, passing in no-passing zones and never staying throughout the lanes.
Deputies mentioned Evans’ eyes had been bloodshot and watery, and a launch mentioned Evans “behaved erratically, talking shortly and nonsensically about how excessive and joyful he was on account of his use of a vape pen.”
