LITITZ BOROUGH – The LBPD patrol perform has filed a felony criticism and affidavit of possible trigger towards Troy G. WALTON, age 58, of Lititz, alleging he dedicated the crime of driving drunk (DUI) and the abstract visitors offense of Roadways Laned for Site visitors.
On 01/15/2022 round 9:10 PM, the LBPD responded for a crash that occurred within the 200 Block of Landis Valley Street. The crash investigated indicated that WALTON failed to barter a curve within the roadway, left the roadway and struck a number of objects roadside. It’s alleged that WALTON was discovered to be drunk on the time of the crash and he was taken into custody. WALTON supplied evidential samples of his breath which indicated a 0.202% BrAC. WALTON was launched from custody and has been summoned to look in District Courtroom for a preliminary arraignment and a preliminary listening to.
WALTON is presumed harmless.
