New London — Police on Saturday arrested a New London man on DUI fees following a three-car crash that injured a baby on Jefferson Avenue.
Rafael Pacheco, 25, of 34 Grove St., Apt. 1, was charged with driving inebriated or medicine, threat of damage to a minor, failure to keep up correct lane and driving a motorized vehicle with a suspended license.
The crash, with two autos that hit one another head-on, resulted in accidents that weren’t life-threatening to 2 individuals within the neighborhood of the Broad Road intersection about 4:35 p.m., in keeping with New London Police Division Public Data Officer Sgt.
