SUSPENDED LICENSE: Keante Murrell, 27, Waukegan, was arrested and accused of driving on a suspended license throughout a Jan. 21 suspicious car investigation in a car parking zone within the 10600 block of Cicero Avenue, police stated. Murrell, Kendale Chavez, 25, Chicago, and Future M. Delgado, 24, Madison, Wisc., had been additionally accused of possessing drug paraphernalia in reference to undisclosed objects present in a backpack, police stated.
