SAN JOSE, Calif. – San Jose police have arrested a 21-year-old man on suspicion of driving below the affect after he struck and killed a motorcyclist Tuesday night.
Police responded to a report of a collision within the space of Trimble and Zanker roads at 7:54 p.m.
On the scene, police found a motorcyclist was struck and killed by a Toyota sedan.
The motive force of the Toyota was recognized as Luis Anthony Gonzalez. He was arrested on suspicion of driving inebriated.
The id of the motorcyclist was not launched, pending subsequent of kin notification.
