A Bismarck lady was arrested in Grand Forks right now (Fri), on a number of costs together with car theft and driving beneath the affect.
Grand Forks Police say, shortly after 2 PM, they had been known as to the 300 block of 1st Avenue South on a report of a motorcar theft in progress. Witnesses advised police the car was seen headed south on Belmont.
Police say they then obtained calls about an erratic car, matching the outline of the stolen car. They later positioned the car and tried to cease it, however the car saved going, and later stopped in a parking zone close to Demers and South Washington.
Police recognized the driving force as 33-year-old Raechelle Lengthy Elk, the one occupant within the car.
