Herbert Foster, 30, of the 1100 block of West North Avenue, Wauwatosa, WI, on June 12 obtained an area ordinance quotation for retail theft after making an attempt to shoplift two cell chargers from Walmart, 137 W. North Ave., police stated. In line with police, Foster put two chargers in his pocket and walked previous the final level of buy having paid for under two mushy drinks. When he was apprehended, one charger was present in his pocket, the opposite on the ground within the digital aisle, police stated.
