A 24-year-old girl was arrested Wednesday for a warrant alleging sexual assault towards a toddler below 14 years of age, in line with a Carson Metropolis Sheriff’s Workplace reserving report.
Juanita Alicia Actual was taken into custody at 1:19 p.m. within the 2700 block of South Carson Road. The warrant was issued on Oct. 5, 2021.
In line with the reserving report a deputy was dispatched to a South Carson Road motel for a warrant service and arrested Actual for the warrant. Bail: $150,000.

— A 55-year-old girl was arrested Oct. 12 for suspicion of DUI medication (marijuana). In line with the reserving report, a deputy noticed a car with a white cloud of smoke coming from the driver-side window occupying two parking spots horizontally.
A deputy made contact with the motive force and will odor a powerful odor of marijuana coming from contained in the car. The officer spoke with the lady, who turned agitated, claiming she had achieved nothing mistaken and the officer was harassing her, the arrest report states.
The officer requested her if she was smoking marijuana contained in the car. The lady claimed she had not and said she let her son use the car earlier and did not know if her son smoked marijuana contained in the car earlier, the report states.
The lady argued with the deputy, saying she did nothing mistaken and, at one level, tried to activate the ignition change to the car, the report states. The officer advised her she was not free to go away.
The lady consented to a subject sobriety check and failed the testing, with indicators of being below the affect. The lady was positioned below arrest for suspicion of DUI medication. Bail: $1,137.
