The DA’s office in Bryan, Texas has confirmed that a man who caused a fatal accident in College Station in August 2019, has been given a 10-year prison sentence along with a fine of $10,000. The offender, 27-year-old Nicholas Tyler Wuthrich from Pinehurst, was under the influence of alcohol when he collided with another car on Harvey Mitchell Parkway close to F&B Road, resulting in the death of 31-year-old Harold Moore from Bryan. Wuthrich confessed to investigators that he had been consuming alcohol at Northgate prior to the accident. This month, he was convicted for Intoxication Manslaughter with a Vehicle, which is a second-degree felony. At the time of the accident, Wuthrich was recorded as a resident of Bryan.
